In order to download an upgrade to your DAT/EM software, you must have:

A valid support contract.
An update key code (generated to match hardware lock, product, and update version).
Windows NT® or Windows 2000/XP® operating systems.
Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, or Netscape 4.0 or higher (browsers used while installing from the web must support ActiveX or plug-in technology).
The InstallFromTheWeb Client (If you do not have this, you will be redirected at the beginning of the download process to a webpage that will provide it).

Attention: Some systems may require hardware lock updates. If communications problems exist after installing Release 3.0, please contact DAT/EM support for assistance : support@datem.com

This version is for the Windows 2000/XP® OS only.
This will download only those components of setup that are needed for the specific software you are installing. However, be aware that there are three options for downloading the software: "Install only," "Install and save installation files," and "Save installation files only." For either "save" option, ALL components of setup will be downloaded.
