DAT/EM is providing support 24 hours per day to assist our clients. For those located in far-off lands, or even in a different time zone within the U.S., getting questions answered in a timely manner can get production going that much faster. Requests should be technical in nature and of relative importance for the service. Sales and update information will be provided through normal channels. AutoCAD 2006 is Available |
AutoCAD 2006 may co-exist with other AutoCAD versions on the same computer. DAT/EM software will install executables for all supported AutoCAD versions if they are present on the PC at the time of installation. This makes it easier for clients who are making the switch to prepare and compare the two products. DAT/EM products are not yet available for AutoCAD 2007.

MicroStation 2004 Edition |
DAT/EM interfaces to the latest MicroStation 2004 Edition version. Updates and enhancements are available only for MicroStation V8 version 08.05.00.64 or above and MicroStation 2004 Edition versions. DAT/EM Software will not install for MicroStation SE. Installation is available on MicroStation J, however, no testing is performed with this MicroStation version, and DAT/EM Software interfaces for MicroStation J will not be available in releases after 2005. DAT/EM products are not yet available for XM Edition.

No Support for Windows NT after 12/31/03 |
DAT/EM is discontinuing software update support for its products on Windows NT. It is recommended that clients who wish to continue to receive updates and modifications as they are developed, upgrade to either Windows 2000 or Windows XP. It's time to move on!
