The purpose of this document is to specify the details associated with the offer of transitioning users of the Microsoft/Vexcel ‘DiAP’ softcopy system to DAT/EM’s ‘ Summit Evolution’ softcopy system.
For the purposes of this document, the name ‘Summit Evolution’ will include the following software modules from DAT/EM Systems:
Summit Evolution = 3D Stereo Engine
Capture for MicroStation®, AutoCAD®, or ArcGIS® = Vector Collection Module
DAT/EM Orthophoto and Mosaic Module = Orthophoto and Mosaic Module
Map/Editor = Automated Editing Routines for AutoCAD and MicroStation.
TRANSITION MODULES & COSTS
For every qualified license of the Microsoft/Vexcel DiAP product, customers will be entitled to receive 1 (one) comparable license of the DAT/EM ‘Summit Evolution’ system,
